About the CEO
Ms. Krystal Toland, MSW, MSIDT, CAMS-II, LSSBB, is a healthcare professional with a passion for ensuring that the disenfranchised and intellectually disabled have access to essential resources. From direct care worker to organizational leadership executive, Ms. Toland has been responsible for streamlining and improving processes and procedures that remove unnecessary hindrances for frontline workers.
Ms. Toland holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Norfolk State University, and two Masters degrees from Walden University in Instructional Design & Technology and Social Work. She holds the certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Certified Anger Management Specialist-II.
Ms. Toland has served as a Nonviolent Crisis Prevention & Intervention Instructor for over 16 years and is a leader amongst her peers as a CARF Surveyor. Ms. Toland is a published Conference Presenter for the National Healthcare for the Homeless Council (NHCHC).
Her goal in the healthcare arena is to assist her clients in achieving their mission by providing them with a holistic assessment of their agencies and offering financial, procedural, and efficiency changes that benefit both the agency and the communities they serve.
Her mission in life is to "impact the world, by changing one life at a time!"
